    To provide account, route display, and navigation features, we may collect:

    • Account information: email address, optional phone number, nickname.
    • Device and usage information: device model, operating system version, application logs for troubleshooting and quality improvement.
    • Location data: collected only when authorized, used to display nearby test centres and for navigation.

  2. Purpose of Use

    We use the collected information to:

    • Provide and maintain product functions such as login/unlock, route display, and navigation.
    • Deliver customer service and user support.
    • Enhance security and prevent abuse (for example, fraud prevention).
    • Conduct statistics and product improvement using aggregated or de-identified data only.

  3. Data Storage and Security

    Data may be stored in third-party cloud services (for example Firebase by Google) or on your local device.

    We take reasonable measures such as access control and encryption to safeguard data.

    We do not store your real-time location data long-term on our servers.

  4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

    We do not sell your personal information. Disclosure only occurs when:

    • Required by law or by government authorities.
    • Necessary to protect life, property, or rights of you, us, or the public (for example anti-fraud).
    • Needed for mergers, restructuring, or asset/business transfers, with legal compliance and prior notice.

  5. Third-Party Services

    The app integrates or may redirect to third-party services:

    • Google Maps or Apple Maps for maps and navigation.
    • Firebase (by Google) for account services, authentication, cloud storage, and analytics.
    • Sign in with Apple: for account authentication.

    These service providers may collect or process necessary information in line with their own privacy policies.

    For Sign in with Apple specifically, we only receive minimal account identifiers (for example, name and the relay email address). Apple handles identity verification; if you choose to hide your email, the app will not receive your real email address.

  6. Third-Party Links

    When you visit third-party websites or applications, your information may be subject to their privacy policies.

    Please review those policies before submitting any data.

  7. Your Rights

    You may:

    • Withdraw location permission at any time in system settings.
    • Delete your account in-app or request deletion via email.
    • Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data except where retention is required by law.

  9. Coach Information and Third-Party Responsibility

    1. The app may display materials or contact information from third parties such as independent coaches. This information is provided by them or sourced publicly and is not collected as your personal information.
    2. If learners share personal information with third parties (for example coaches), they must confirm the third party’s privacy policy directly.
    3. We do not store, process, or use communications, payment details, or other sensitive data between learners and coaches.
    4. Any disputes or privacy issues arising from engagement with third-party coaches are solely between the user and the third party. We assume no responsibility.
    5. Routes and tips provided in this app are for reference only. Always follow the official guidelines and requirements issued by NZTA.

  10. In-App Purchases

    The app offers optional paid features or content through Apple’s In-App Purchase mechanism.

    • All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card or billing information.
    • Purchase confirmation, billing, and refund policies follow Apple’s App Store terms.
    • Purchased features or content are linked to your account and cannot be transferred or refunded unless required by law or by Apple policy.
    • For parental controls, please manage in-app purchases through Apple Family Settings.

  11. Navigation and Usage Data

    We use in-app navigation to provide a smoother experience. Anonymous usage data such as page views and button taps may be collected to analyse and improve usability. This statistical data cannot identify individuals.

    4. 因用户选择与第三方教练发生的任何信息共享或纠纷，均由用户与相关第三方自行解决，本应用不承担责任。
    5. 本应用提供的路线和提示仅供参考，请务必遵循 NZTA 官方指南和要求。

  10. 应用内购买

    本应用通过 Apple 的应用内购买机制提供部分付费功能或内容：

    • 所有付款由 Apple 处理，本应用不收集或保存您的支付信息。
    • 付款、账单及退款政策遵循 Apple App Store 的条款。
    • 已购买的功能或内容将与您的账户绑定，不可转让或退款（法律或 Apple 政策另有规定的除外）。
